Eastfield Mall is hosting its Sensory Play Day event on Sunday, February 19th, from 9 to 11 am. This is a sensory-friendly opportunity for children with special needs, like Autism or Sensory Processing Disorder, to enjoy quieter, less crowded play time in the mall’s Giant pirate-themed Sandbox.
The event is co-hosted by Jacqueline Williams-Hines, Autism Awareness Advocate and local author of the No Small Victories book series as well as representatives from Autism Speaks New England.
There is no need to preregister for Sensory Play Day.
