Code of Conduct
In order to provide a safe, secure, and pleasant shopping environment
for yourself and others, please abstain from the following
while on Eastfield Mall property:
- Any act which could result in the physical harm to persons or property
- Use of loud or obscene language or gestures
- Blocking store fronts, fire exits or stairways
- Possession of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances
- Running, shouting, horseplay, throwing of any type of debris, or
disorderly conduct of any nature
- Being in the mall without proper clothing, which includes shoes and shirts
- Use of radios, any photographic equipment, or musical instruments not part
of an activity approved in advance by Mall Management
- Standing or walking in large groups which causes inconvenience to others
- Skateboarding, rollerblading, or any other form of mobility, including Heelys, within the mall
other than walking and use of a handicap mobility device
These rules will be enforced fairly and uniformly without regard to race, gender, age,
or national origin. Any person refusing to comply with the Eastfield Mall Code of
Behavior will be requested to leave Mall property.
